PASS is designed to help you foster your child’s success and independence by providing a trained professional to come into your home. As the manager of the services, you have maximum control. You’ll supervise the direct support professional who will work on the goals you’ve identified for your child.

We’ll provide monthly clinical consultation on how to implement these services in the most effective way. You’ll also receive ongoing oversight and assistance in directing your staff person.
We’ll promote your child’s:
- Social skills
- Inclusion in the community
- Safety skills
- Ability to make good choices
- Problem solving
- Emotional skills
- Enhanced health and wellbeing.
Your family can identify its own worker or choose from a list of staff available from the agency. The staff person you select will be screened and employed by AccessPoint RI.
Who is eligible:
These services are designed for eligible children under 21, with physical, developmental or mental health needs.
